About us

Meet the mind behind the mission

Dr. Pratistha Sachan built Dizzy Doc on a single conviction: that no patient should be left dizzy without answers. Her practice is a sanctuary for those the system has overlooked.

Evidence-Based Care

Every diagnosis and treatment plan is grounded in peer-reviewed research and internationally validated vestibular rehabilitation protocols. We don't guess — we test.

Patient-Centred Approach

Dizziness affects every aspect of a patient's life. We listen deeply, explain clearly, and create treatment plans that fit real lives — not just clinical targets.

Education & Empowerment

We believe informed patients heal faster. We take time to explain your condition, your inner ear anatomy, and exactly what your treatment involves — step by step.

Profile

A CareerBuilt on Balance

Dr. Pratistha Sachan completed her medical training with a focus on Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) medicine before pursuing advanced specialisation in vestibular and balance disorders — a field that was, at the time, vastly under-served in the region.

After witnessing the profound impact that undiagnosed vertigo had on her patients' quality of life — their inability to work, drive, or even walk safely — she established Dizzy Doc as a dedicated centre for vestibular health in Varanasi.

Today, Dr. Sachan has treated over 2,000 patients with conditions ranging from BPPV and Ménière's disease to complex central vestibular disorders. Her BPPV repositioning success rate exceeds 95% — often resolving symptoms in a single clinic visit.
